Nicola Stevens

Drawing from her background in educational development and psychology, Nicola Stevens works with international publicly quoted companies; NGO’s; charities and other organisations; and individuals to solve paradoxes of leadership and management, on both personal and professional levels. Her expertise involves issues of Corporate Governance; Policy Implementation and follow-through; Boardroom and any other group Dynamics; knowledge interaction at all levels; planned and unplanned change. She creates the “Will and Skills” to assist working with uncertainty and shaping a positive future. Current issues are the effective implementation of Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace, and the future to shape work and non-work activity for individuals and business. She spoke at the WIN conference, Oslo 2007 on "Authentic Leadership Needed to Transform Work to Meet the Future" based on the findings of the EOC report - Transforming work to meet the Future 2007.

Nicola Stevens was part of the consultation group for ENTO, where they established standards for professionalism of coaching and mentoring (2004/06). She is also involved in current research and survey with ENTO to decide on future national coaching and mentoring qualification (January 2008) Nicola has just stepped down as President of the City Women’s Network (CWN) for senior executive women www.citywomen.org (Oct 2006 - March 2008)
