He is the Son of late Hakeem Muhammad Ramzan khan Langah. Dr.Muhammad ishaq has Two wives , four Son and eight doughter. He is the prisedent of NGO Rifah Foundation Kot Addu.

Dr.Muhammad Ishaq Khan is a saraiky of Southern Punjab. He was born in D.D.panah and is the son of Hakeem Muhammad Ramzan. His Mother is from the Khoker family of Kotla Ahsan pur.
Muhammad ishaq khan received his praimary education from Government School yary wala and his secondary education from the Government highy School Kot Addu. For the Homeo Medical Education he went to multan .

Dr.Muhammad Ishaq Khan has two wives, four sons and eight daughter. His elder son is Adnan ishaq khan. Who is the student of Applied Physics in federal Urdu university Islamabad. Abdul illah ishaq khan is the Student of Intermediate (I.Cs.) in cadet College kot addu. Abdul Wassay ishaq khan And Abdul Raffay ishaq khan is the student of Two Class in English Plus School System. His elder daughter Rabia ishaq khan is the Student of M.A English In BZU multan and khadija ishaq khan is the student of M.Sc Zoology in BZU multan
President of Rifah Foundation Kot Addu
After the Death of Abdullah Qadir bux Salfi (R.H) ,Dr.Muhammad ishaq khan become a president of Rifah foundation kot Addu. He was also working as a vice president of Rifah Foundation under the command of Abdullah Qadir Bux Salfi. Rifah Foundation is a registered, working as an independent, non-governmental, non-profit and charitable organization. It has no affiliation with any regional ethnic or political organization of Pakistan or any where in the world. RFKA is exclusively engaged and supports charitable activities and programs. It neither seeks political positions nor does it supports; it is purely for charitable purposes, particularly supporting education, health-care and other related relief services. (RFKA) is dedicated to the services of humanity all parts of the world without any discrimination of creed, religion and political association.

There was a dire need to establish a cadet college, therefore, Mr. Abdullah qadir Bukhsh (M); a philanthropist took up the challenges of opening a cadet college. Almighty Allah made his endeavors successful in the establishment of an elite institution for providing quality education to the desirous students. Dr.Muhammad ishaq khan is the chairman of zakat in tehsil kot addu from 2005. He is also a member of District Zakat Council.
