MizzFIT is an online fitness and fashion website founded and operated by fitness trend expert Bianca Jade. The website has been featured on national and regional media including Fox News, and CBS New York as well as publication mentions in the New York Post and regular contributions in People Magazine. The website is also known for its YouTube video series called Style Up 2 Shape Up. History MizzFIT was founded by Bianca Jade in 2009. After graduating from Cornell University in 2001, and before beginning her blogging career, Jade had a prosperous career in the creative advertising world. The idea of MizzFIT came when Jade was jogging. She stated that she realized women were the main consumers of fitness gym memberships and workout apparel and thought that if more fitness fashion and trends information was available to women that they would become more involved in fitness and more excited about leading a healthy and active lifestyle. She then began to follow workout trends and styles that celebrities wore to the gym and her findings became part of her fitness trend advice offered on the website. In June 2011, MizzFIT celebrated its two year anniversary.<ref name="NewYorkPost"/>
