Meleisa Betts

Meleisa Betts (born 1963, Monroeville, Alabama) is a song writer, and an author. She has written books such as "How I Made The Angels Cry", and "The Absolution of ZERO".She received a Gold Standard award in 2013, from Princeton Literary Review of Princeton for Literary Excellence. She attended Alabama Southern in Monroeville Alabama, Palm Beach Community College in West Palm Beach Fla.,and Georgia State University in Atlanta Ga. She currently resides in New Orleans, La., and Flint Michigan.
Meleisa Betts is a Recipient of the 2013 Princeton Literary Review Gold Standard for Literary Excellence.
