Marc-Andre Rayle

Marc-André Rayle, born Marc Descartes, is a Canadian magician specialized in micromagic and card manipulation.
Rayle was born and raised in Laval, Québec, where he had a keen interest in magic tricks since childhood. As a teenager he would perform for children birthday parties in his area. As a teenager he started working in a magic shop where he learned many magic tricks. Rayle was initially mentored by seminal Canadian magician and mentalist Gary Kurtz.
Rayle graduated in 2003 from Concordia University. From the 2003 onwards, Rayle performed mostly corporate events and trade shows, and has worked for a variety of companies, including Bombardier, Loto-Québec and Cirque du Soleil.
Rayle won the first in place in close-up magic at both Canadian Association of Magicians (CAM) and Texas Association of Magicians (TAOM) magic conventions.
Rayle currently performs his close-up magic show Trompe-l'oeil at the W Montreal.
