Hyan Thiboutot (born Karl-Hyan Thiboutot; December 9, 1972) is a French Canadian screenwriter and director. Since 1995 he has worked as a freelance script doctor for production companies in the US, Canada, and the UK. Some projects he has worked on are Camping Sauvage (2004) which became the top grossing film in Québec and Ladies Room starring John Malkovich. As of 2013, he lives in Edinburgh as a freelance script doctor.
