Logan City Jets

The Logan City Jets are a women's American Football team competing in the Female Gridiron League of Queensland (FGLQ), a league sanctioned by Gridiron Queensland and the first of its kind in Australia. They are located in Browns Plains, Queensland, and are part of Logan City Gridiron Football Club based at Hyde Park. The Logan City Jets made history on November 2, 2012 becoming the first women's American Football team in Australia to win a premiership, when they won the FGLQ Summerbowl I championship game 38-20 against the Kenmore Panthers. The Logan City Jets are competing in the 2013 Female Gridiron League of Queensland (FGLQ) competition which includes Kenmore Panthers, Gold Coast Stingrays and Western Jaguars.
