Parramatta Salvation Army Football Club is an Australian amateur football club based in the city of Parramatta, New South Wales that play in Raahauge Cup North league of the New South Wales Churches Football Association. The only Salvation Army club of its kind, they play their home matches at Jones Park, Mays Hill. The club was founded in its current form in 2005 and joined the League in 2006. In 2008 the club won promotion to the Raahauge Cup First Division after finishing premiers in the 2007 season, but was relegated back to the North Division for the 2009 season. Early History Various incarnations of the club existed through the 90's, but the club was founded in its current form in 2006. The club is based at Parramatta Salvation Army, but draws players from many different parts of Sydney. The players are still mostly Salvationists.
