Liviu Tudor (born March 21, 1961) is a Romanian businessman, founder and president of The Romanian Association of Building Owners (RABO), Vice President of the European Property Federation and Founder (EPF) and General Secretary of the Romanian Association for the Club of Rome., He is CEO of Genesis Development, a real estate investment and development company that owns two class-A business centers in Bucharest city.,
Education and career development
Liviu Tudor graduated from the Polytechnics Institute of Bucharest and London Business School. He has a Aeronautics degree from the Polytechnics Institute of Bucharest, and was awarded a scientific patent for an invention in the field of applied electronics. In the early years, he worked as an engineer in aviation, at Aerostar, one of the most important companies in civil and military aviation.
He founded the first satellite communications company in Romania - Digicom SA.
Currently, Liviu Tudor, a real estate investment and development company. Holds West Gate Studios runs Genesis Development, a real estate investment and development company. Holds West Gate Studios, the largest private campus in Romania and two Class A office parks in Bucharest - West Gate (Militari area) and Novo Park (North Side), with a leasable area of over 150,000 sqm. These offices are the headquarters of the largest multinational companies present in Romania: HP, Mondelez (previously known as Kraft), Procter & Gamble, CitiBank, Alpha Bank, Garanti Bank, Siemens, Ericsson, Dacia - Renault, Accenture, Infineon, Panasonic, Volvo, Luxoft, WNS, Societe Generale, and others.
He is the founder and president of The Romanian Association of Building Owners (RABO), Vice President of the European Property Federation and Founder(EPF), one of the most representative association, based in Brussels, bringing together owners of commercial buildings in Europe, with a value of 1500 billion.
Liviu Tudor is also the General Secretary of the Romanian Association for the Club of Rome, an international organization whose purpose is to bring to the attention of the world various issues concerning the future of the planet. Club of Rome includes scientists, economists, businessmen, senior civil servants, heads of state and former heads of state from all five continents.
Liviu Tudor is a member of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO / WPO), a global network of young CEOs. The organization has over 21,000 members and is present in 125 countries.
