Liam Leslie Neil Young (born 1st November 1988) is director of a marketing consultancy based in London and since appearing as a housemate in Big Brother Celebrity Hijack in 2008 has broken out into presenting across a range of television projects. Liam has developed 3 very clear areas of life; business, performance & social. Since the age of 8 Liam quickly developed an awareness of the importance of independence, financial freedom & networking. Through this a string of career movements took place over the coming years. Liam developed his first business based upon one simple service 'solving problems' then with experience he expanded his creative ideas into real services which are used today. Over the last 12 years Liam has worked with companies such as Pizza Hut, Scottish Power, Orange, Channel 4, Tizer, Lynx, BBC & many more... developing experience in various markets. Liam now runs a successful PR, Marketing & Events company which offers services to ambitious individuals which want to follow Liam in his path, SME's & corporate campaigns. In addition to this, Liam has also been involved in numerous other fields including acting, presenting & modelling. At age 5, Liam joined a youth theatre which helped expand his social awareness & general self-presentation. As he grew older this provided Liam will the strength to accept rejection in a positive way, absorb transferable skills which could help him & expand his goals. Liam never felt school was going to be the place he'd make his impact, instead he continued expanding his options outside school. At age 12 Liam was offered a place in the Willy Russell Theatre School however decided this was not the right time to commit to such a big change. Instead continuing with his business adventure & as a member of the Musketeer Youth Theatre Liam's world was spinning very fast. At age 14 Liam was connecting with clients worldwide without anyone knowing his age, at the time this was still what Liam seen as a hobbie, although quickly was turning into something much more. Upon leaving school Liam was faced with one major question 'What Next?' - At the time with so much going on there wasn't really any point in changing the structure. Therefore Liam decided to move on to sixth form as he had always through was the correct path. After the first year Liam was finding it difficult balancing all of the project he was involved in, his business & a healthy social life therefore decided he would not return to college. Liam decided a holiday was on the cards and went to California for 2 weeks to escape from a busy schedule. Although the holiday only expanding his ideas, creativeness & ambitions - seeing such an amazing place which he'd watched on television & in movies all his life fueled his ambitions even more. Upon returning Liam's company was established, working on the development & marketing full time. At a book launch Liam's company was involved with, a local journalist from Liverpool took a massive interest in his story and decided this was something which everyone should know about. Over the course of the next few months journalists from newspapers, magazines & television contacted Liam about his story & wanted to know more. In 2007 an email arrived in Liam's inbox from Endemol asking if he'd be interested in doing a television series about young successful people. Naturally he responded asking for further information - which lead into several meetings. During a phone call a few weeks later Liam was told this was a special series of Big Brother which was going to feature young individuals who were all successful & ambitious. With caution Liam proceeded with the meetings about the series and was accepted as a housemate. On January 3rd at 8pm Liam entered the Big Brother house in Big Brother Celebrity Hijack. The experience was what he described as 'an epic few weeks which was all about self-discovery & strength'. Through a public vote Liam left the series a stronger person, naturally as with any reality televison show the media came flooding in which he labelled as 'the good, the bad & the ugly'. The months which followed were difficult for Liam coming to terms with reality again - such an experience has very powerful effects on the mental health and therefore Liam's priority was to get back on track with the positive parts of his experience. This is when Liam's social life really took a boost being asked to launch events, make personal appearances at several national parties & more. In 2008 Liam was a member of the Skins Live Tour ran by Company Pictures & E4, attending parties with a similar peer group across the country. In late 2008 Liam felt a little lost, not quite sure of the direction his life had taken and after such an intense year decided to move to London. London was a powerful move which provided Liam with the independence, freedom & security he needed. Liam who is now 20, continues to expand his experience in various markets whilst running his PR, Marketing & Events company. Liam also recently launched executive coaching catered towards ambitious individuals, with his experience both on the frontend & as a PR advisor Liam has more than enough experience to offer such advice. Liam's story has just began, he often explains how he feels like he's already lived a life & is excited for the future.
