Leena Chatterjee

Leena Chatterjee is a professor in the Behavioural Sciences Group at Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
Chatterjee received a degree in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, New Delhi in 1976 and a MA degree from Delhi University in 1978. She later completed a Ph.D. programme in Social and Organizational Psychology at Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur in 1984. After completing her education, Chatterjee taught briefly at her alma-mater Lady Shri Ram College for Women from July to December 1984. She joined IIM Calcutta as a faculty in December 1984.
Chatterjee teaches courses in the areas of Behavioural Sciences, Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management and supervises the work of Ph.D. candidates at Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. She also manages and conducts several Management Development Programmes (MDPs) at IIM-C.
