Laura Massey, also known by her Xbox Live Gamertag lollip0p, is a Microsoft Software Development Engineer in Test on the Xbox 360, after originally being part of the Microsoft internship program while at college. Massey graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a degree in computer science. As of August 31, 2009, her most recent project completed was the Xbox Live Parties feature. Massey is an occasional co-host of "Major Nelson Radio" Xbox-related podcast, appearing with and frequent guest . Capitalizing on her popularity on Major Nelson's podcast, she has started hosting the show's Name the Game feature, in which listeners can email Major Nelson to guess the game a sound effect is from. She admitted that she has arachnophobia in Episode 354 of Major Nelson Radio.
