Version history
Microsoft Windows versions
The KoopCAS for Windows 1.0 started in October 2007 as an upgraded software in replacement for IACCX 8.2 (Peoples Coop Old Accounting System). It was first implemented to the Head Office. Basic modules included then was just Credit, Savings, and Accounting. Several bugs was detected with this version. Few power features exists.
The KoopCAS for Windows 1.1 updated the software with more enhanced integrity features to assure completeness of posting of transactions.
The KoopCAS for Windows 1.2 was implemented in March 2008 to all the branches of Peoples Coop in March 2009 spanning 3 months of implementation.
The KoopCAS for Windows 1.2 was installed to Dumanjug Multi-Purpose Cooperative in August 8, 2008. It was the first breakthrough for Peoples Coop for having shared the technology to other cooperatives with the same business operation.
The KoopCAS for Windows 1.3 more enhanced features was placed, including automatic generation of special transactions that further enhances employees efficiency. Liveupdate mechanism was first used to efficiently update all users with the most updated version of the software. As long as the user is connected to the Internet, the user can automatically receive updates for KoopCAS, including database enhancements and/or modifications.
The KoopCAS for Windows 1.4 was updated to include Consolidation of Financial Statements.
The KoopCAS for Windows 1.5 the recent major version was updated to include Sales and Inventory module.

Loan
Loan Module has revolutionized the dynamic mechanism in computation of dues in real-time in version 1.2, which is mostly not available with other Accounting Softwares.
Savings
Savings Module in version 1.3 has incorporated automatic generation of accrued interest transactions for Time Deposits.
Accounting
Accounting Module in version 1.2 implemented one report engine to generate all types of transactions in one single report.
Sales and Inventory
Sales and Inventory Module in version 1.5 was added as an add-on with full integration to the Accounting System. Accounting records is automatically updated in real time making the user able to generate Financial Statements for the Consumer Business.
Report Engine
A major feature of KoopCAS is the ability for users to create dynamic reports based from the parameters being set by the user. Making the users able to generate several types of reports.
