TaskHub

TaskHub is a web based enterprise resource planning (ERP) software provided by Synergix Technologies Pte Ltd. The product aims to provide small and medium-sized enterprises with an integrated system comprising finance, manufacturing, project based, customer relationship management, logistics, analytics, and trading.
It targets the Singapore ERP market, together with global players like SAP and Microsoft.
TaskHub is co-funded by Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore for its product development.
History
Synergix Technology was founded in 1990 in Singapore and ventured into the development of a pure accounting software. Synergix Technology became the Premier Business Partner of IBM in 2004.
Features
TaskHub provides Payroll and e-submission services, which complies to Singapore Central Provident Fund regulations.
TaskHub adopts the Concurrent user License pricing model, meaning users are able to access parts of the system only if they are given access rights to them.
Modules
TaskHub has developed over 20 modules which are integrated with each other. According to the company operational requirements, companies can choose selected modules to implement. TaskHub has modules for key industries such as:
; E-Clinical and E-Nursing: A hospital management system to help in areas such as appointment scheduling, patient record management, procurement management, fully integrated with financials such as billing, invoice.
; E-Project : A management system to help in areas such as project budgeting, costing, WIP monitoring, billing management, claims management etc.
; E-Manufacturing : A management system used to plan and control the manufacturing activities of a company. This module includes; bills of material, routings, work centers, sales and operations planning, master production scheduling, material requirements planning, production orders, product costing, QA/QC etc.
; E-Trading and Distribution: A system used to manage Sales Order Processing, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Distribution Management, Procurement Management, Supplier Management, Customer Relationship Management.
; E-Financial- Financial Accounting: Real time capture of journal entries, for automated management and external reporting of general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and other sub-ledger accounts with a user defined chart of accounts.
; Knowledge Management System: System consolidates all information from various module for users to perform enquiry such as- General Ledger drill down, Financial Statement drill down.

;E-Vertical Extension: A management suite to automate human resource operations, with payroll management and e-leave management modules.
