This minute accomplishment gained him enough credibility to get collaborations with a few more established artist in his area such as Sean Boog from The Away Team,Carlitta Durand,Kooley High, Nickelus F,and 9th Wonder's Thee Tom Hardy. He went on to work more with established North Carolina natives such as Khrysis , Big Pooh and Chaundon Mixtape: LLTK On July 31, 2009, King Mez released the mixtape LLTK which was his first project and gateway to attaining an online buzz. This mixtape generated his first features on websites like HiopHopDx.com and DjBooth.net. Daniel Daley & King Mez). Lecrae chose King Mez for this song because he believed that it suited him Mixtape: Long Live the king On April 2014, King Mez released a mixtape called "Long Live the king". The mixtape had a contains a total of 12 songs. Throughout the LP, Mez touched on many issues in the society.
