Jordan MacLeod (born 11 December, 1974) is a Canadian author and consultant. He is the author of New Currency: How Money Changes the World as We Know It and co-founder, partner and director at Cornerstone Global Associates. He was selected as a member of the Club of Rome's Think Tank 30 (tt30) in 2005. Education MacLeod holds degrees in Economics and Fine Art, having studied at Acadia University, NSCAD University, the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Career In 2000, MacLeod was a guest lecturer at the University of Economics, Prague, where he introduced core concepts on sustainable development, human development, integral theory and alternative currencies to undergraduate students. In 2003, he founded the New Currency Institute, which is dedicated to raising awareness of money’s power to change the world and support the emergence of a resilient and creative global society. In 2005, he was selected to the Club of Rome's think tank 30 (tt30). Writings MacLeod is the author of New Currency: How Money Changes the World as We Know It. The Foreword to the book was written by economist Hazel Henderson. New Currency is the first book in a trilogy, with forthcoming books Onement and Ego, Money, Empire planned for 2010 and 2011. He is also a regular contributor to Kosmos Journal and Integral Leadership Review. Consulting Together with Ghanem Nuseibeh, he founded Cornerstone Global Associates. Cornerstone Global Associates is a strategy and management consultancy with an international and multi-disciplinary team of partners, senior consultants and associates. The Company's Managing Director is Lucian Hudson, a former Director of Communications at the UK's Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Senior Consultants include Howard Bloom, and Peter Allen.
