John Wuffli

John Wuffli was a minor league baseball player and manager. He was also known as Johnny.
Playing career
Wuffli played from 1910 to 1923, hitting .278 in his 14-year minor league career. He collected 1,802 hits in 6,487 at-bats. In ten seasons he collected over 100 hits, and in six seasons he collected over 150 hits.
Managing career
Wuffli managed the Okmulgee Drillers in 1921 and 1922, and the Pawhuska Osages in 1922 as well. He was the last of four managers for the Drillers in 1921, replacing Red Herriott. He was replaced by Troy Agnew in 1922. After leaving Okmulgee in 1922, he went to Pawhuska, replacing Clyde Wren and was subsequently replaced by Otis Stucker.
