Jasmine Shimoda is an American chef. Early life Jasmin Shimoda was born in Santa Barbara, California, to Erin Davidson and Michio Shimoda. Growing up in Santa Barbara, Shimoda's childhood household was included both vegetarian and macrobiotic diets. Degustation, and John Dory.
