Iain Frampton

Iain Frampton (born 26 July 1982) is an English American pop\rock musician, singer, songwriter, guitarist and multi- skilled instrumentalist. Frampton is known for his work as a guitar teacher, guitarist and particularly his tenor voice.
Early life
Frampton was born in Hampshire, UK. Where he attended Hardley secondary School. He first became interested in music when he was seven years old. Upon discovering the trumpet he then embarked on classical piano lessons. He then later during his early teens discovered the guitar and taught himself to play both classical and Electric styles of guitar.
His early guitar influences were Peter Frampton, Buddy Holly, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton and American rock stars Buddy Holly and Eddie Cochran, Jimi Hendrix.
Music career
Frampton Performed in his own band Acoustic Raw and as a solo artist during his early 20s mainly to get through university. Frampton started recording covers and guitar teaching videos on YouTube which slowly gained popularity. After recovering from ill health he decided to leave his professional career behind and pursue a musical one. He embarked on a series of UK and US tours playing small clubs and venues. It was on a trip to California in June 2012 where he was spotted and was offered a recording deal with universal music. He met his wife who is also a signed musician and artist whilst performing a duet together at the Roxy Theatre in West Hollywood. His wife is a major up and coming singer song writer currently only 22 years old however she has to date released numerous singles and EPs. The couple are set to release their respective albums early next year. He credits his recent work to her influences and support.
Personal life
Frampton Currently resides Outside Los Angeles, California with his wife which he wed on the 10th December 2012. In June 2013 the couple welcomed their son into the world. In July 2014 their Daughter was born.
Notable Instruments
Frampton owns various guitars which includes a selection of Taylor acoustics, Fender master built Stratocasters and Telecaster and a Gibson Les Paul les paul 57 signature. When Frampton was interviewed for music radar he stated if I get just bored " Fenders factory is an hour away so I can just drive down and commission a new one". Frampton is an accomplished pianist and uses the prestige's Steinway & Sons B212 Piano, he is a keen trumpeter and vocalist.
