Jasmine Shek

Jasmine Shek (born 2 March 2001) is a harpist born in Hong Kong. She is recognised by her achievements in local and international harp competitions and local and overseas performances. She is currently studying at St. Paul's Co-educational College.
Background
She graduated from in 2013.
She started learning the harp at the age of six. She learns the harp with teacher Dan Yu.

*Second place, 26th Nippon International Harp Competition (Advanced Division) (2014)
*Second place, First Central Conservatory of Music Harp Festival Competition Beijing (2014)
*Champion, 2nd Hong Kong Harp Competition (Primary division, age 13 and below) (2013)
*Second place, with Special Prize for Outstanding Performance, Crystal Key Ksenia Erdely International Competition (2012)
*Fourth place, 19th American Harp Society National Competition (2011)
*Second place, 22nd Nippon International Harp Competition (Junior Division) (2011)
Performances
Jasmine has performed in numerous events in different countries. For example, she was invited to perform at the opening ceremony as well as the Talented Young Harpist Showcase of the HarpFest in Singapore.
