Tyrome Tripoli

Tyrome Tripoli (born 1967 in Los Angeles, California) is an internationally exhibited American sculptor and artist living and working in Bushwick, Brooklyn, New York City. He received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of California, San Diego in 1990.
His work has been the subject of numerous solo exhibitions including at the Lesley Heller Gallery and M55 art. From October 2001 until January 2002 he was the artist in residence at the San Francisco city dump and created works from detritus found therein.
In 2003 he directed a group exhibition at the Museum of Romanian literature in Bucharest.
