Jack Limbo

Jack Limbo was a new wave band in Austin Texas from 1979 through 1981. Along with other bands from that era such as D-Day, The Skunks, Big Boys, Terminal Mind and Joe King Carrasco, they entertained Austin with driving original New
Wave and Punk music. Jack Limbo frequently shared the stage with such bands as The Skunks, Terminal Mind, The Standing Waves and Joe King Carrasco at The Continental Club and other Austin venues.
Jack Limbo was comprised of Charlie MacAlexander (guitar and lead vocals), Sam McBurnett (bass guitar), Jerry Barton (lead guitar and vocals) and J.D. Higginbotham (drums and vocals).
