Ivan Kaufman

Ivan Kaufman (born February 4, 1961) is the President and CEO of Arbor Realty Trust (NYSE:ABR), the Chairman and CEO of Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC, and the chairman and CEO of Arbor Residential Mortgage, LLC.
Career
Mr. Kaufman is an appointee to the Independent Judicial Election Qualification Commission for the Tenth Judicial District of New York. He is also a member of the Birthright Israel Foundation Executive Committee.
Mr. Kaufman is the Chairman of the Board of the North Shore Hebrew Academy High School. Kaufman was the primary initiator of the effort to create the high school, which opened in September 2000.
He has been a featured presenter at Columbia University and the Wharton Business School, where he presents regularly as a member of the Samuel Zell and Robert Lurie Real Estate Center.
In 2014, Kaufman, along with the management team of Arbor Realty Trust, rang the opening bell of the New York Stock Exchange to commemorate the 10 year anniversary of the company's public listing.<ref name="thestreet" />
