Ian Michael Wood-Smith is an English lawyer with Field Seymour Parkes.
Wood-Smith qualified with Biddle & Co in the city in 1984 before moving to set up the Corporate Team at newly merged Field Seymour Parkes in April 1987. He advises companies and professionals on company and corporate issues. Wood-Smith is a Director of Reading Football Club, of the FA Premier League in England and also Sackville Properties, a property investment and development company, formed in 2001, whose Chairman and major shareholder is John Madejski, Chairman of Reading Football Club.
