Welford Victoria F.C.

Welford Victoria Football Club, (also known as The Vics) is an English non-league football club based in the village of Welford, near Northampton, Northamptonshire. Welford's highest ever finish was 14th in the Premier Division in the 1994/95 season and despite getting into the Knock Out League Cup twice they have never won the cup. They have however won the Second Division title twice in the 1975/76 and 2005/06 seasons.

History
Welford Victoria was formed in 1898. The club originally played in the Market Harborough League until they joined the Northamptonshire Combination in 1966. The reserve team was formed in 1978. The club now comprises two senior teams, Under 18’s, 15’s, 14’s, 12’s and a mini section. The first team play in the Northants Combination League Division 1 while the reserves play in the Northants Combination Reserve Division 2.
