Highgate Park is located in Davenport, Polk County, Florida in an area known as Four Corners.
A gated community of single and double storey single family (detached) homes, almost all with a pool. The majority of homes on Highgate Park of STR (Short Term Rental) otherwise known as Vacation Homes or Villas. Highgate Park is situated approximately 10 miles from the Walt Disney World Resort and is a popular destination for people looking to stay in the area usually for periods of less than 30 days.
Highgate Park is made up of 5 roads; Highgate Park Blvd, Bridgewater Dr, Moorgate Dr, Kensington Dr and Lancaster Dr and is reached via Legacy Park Blvd (previously known as Poitras Rd One).
Highgate is part of the larger community of Legacy Park, and is nestled at the back, and is quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the US27. It is only 1 mile south of the 192.
The community has a tennis court for the use of residents and guests, and a play area for children.
