Hakewill way

Hakewill Way is a row of houses in Colchester's thriving Myland Area. It takes up the majority of the St James Estate and comprises mostly of Single-family detached homes aimed at the more affluent residents of Colchester. The majority of these homes have been built by the building firm George Wimpey. Despite Hakewill Way being situated in the presitgious Myland area of Colchester, home of the Cuckoo Farm (Colchester United's new home ground)it has hit the press recently for its poor disposal of residents sanitation.


What A Stink

In the July of 2007 Hakwill Way's reputation took a battering as the local press reported local communal gardens were not being used due to the poor disposal of refuge .
