Henry Bottomley

Henry Bottomley (born April 28, 1963, a son of James and Barbara Bottomley) is a statistician for the United Kingdom government. In 1979, he was a member of the British team in the International Mathematical Olympiad. He is an associate editor and contributor to the Online Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences and has also written on map projections. Brother of Conservative MP Peter Bottomley and uncle of Labour MP Kitty Ussher, he was a Labour Party candidate in the European Parliament election, 1984; he was a councillor in the London Borough of Lambeth from 1986 to 1990. |
