The Group for Spanish Football Statistics Compilation (Agrupación para la Recopilación de Estadísticas del Fútbol Español, AREFE in Spanish) is a society born at final of 2005, by initiative of supporter community of compiling information about Spanish official football competitions history and statistics. The Group objective is to get, through unified criteria, the most rigorous and trusty possible information set of these competitions and their participant teams. To carry out this extensive labour, knowledges and efforts of supporters are joined on mutual collaboration, together with a coordinator staff that guide, manage and offer the final results and the Group web sites. Projects The projects given by the Group illustrate the society purpose, and show, in different ways, the diverse football competitions statistics. Project’s consultation is free at Group web, and its spreading is only limited by correct use and respect for this kind of information. An element set is highlighted from the results offered, due to its complicate search in others media. *National Full Tables: Complete expand classifications of all national levels, “Primera División” (frist level), “Segunda División” (second level), “Segunda División B” (third level) y “Tercera División” (fourth level), since Season 1928-1929 to present days (updated at season’s final). This data contains regular phases, final phases, promotion playoffs, classificatory tournaments and mid-phases. Together with each full table, all match results are shown using a cross-table between teams. To complete these tables, several remarks about promotions, relegations o team disappearances are appended. *Regional Full Tables: Compilation of all regional classifications in analogous process of national full tables. Due to this broad work, this project is in elaboration phase. *Historic Tables: All time tables of each level. These classifications contain total number points, number of teams’ seasons for each level and more statistics. *Files of Teams: This kind of document includes all historic information about a team. Shields, uniforms, foundation dates, stadiums, name’s changes, trophies wined, historic table of league, cup and European cups positions, and complete text about its historic evolution. This project bears in mind all times of national and regional levels, but nowadays there are only some files finished. A part of this, the Group also offers other complementary document set. Historic tables of “Primera División” and “Segunda División”, trophies and finals of regional competitions, the Spanish cup, the RFEF cup, the female league “Superliga” and Spanish female cup. Way to Participation The way to collaborate in AREFE task is using its participation forum. It is manage by coordinator staff and there, any member or visitor can provide information, personal results, strategies for information search and more proposals to build AREFE. See Also
