GoodHire is an FCRA-compliant pre-employment background screening service offered by Inflection, LLC, a technology services company based in Redwood City, California.GoodHire specializes in providing background screening tools to small- and medium-sized businesses. History Brothers Brian and Matthew Monahan co-founded Inflection in 2006. The company began with family history website Archives.com, acquired by Ancestry.com in 2012, and people search engine PeopleSmart.com. As the company expanded, its own need for human resources increased as it staffed offices in Redwood City, California and Omaha, Nebraska. GoodHire was launched in January 2013 to fulfill a growing need for employment screening services among actively recruiting businesses. Product GoodHire offers an array of background screening services to help companies manage risk and abide by legal regulations during the hiring process. In addition, GoodHire provides its customers with free, basic legal advice through its “Ask A Lawyer” service provided through a partnership with Fusion Legal.
