Gliese 204

Gliese 204 is an orange K5 V class star found in the night sky at right ascension 05h 5 m 7 s and declination -03° 31' -03 ° 31 ' putting it in the constellation of Orion.
An absolute magnitude of 7.65 and a distance of 45.8 light years (13.01 parsecs) from the Sun means that this star is not visible to the naked eye and so was not discovered until 1907.
The star has a total proper motion of 854.07 mas/year, a measured parallax of 77.03 mas (71.2 ± 6.9 mas) and a Radial velocity -54.0 km/second [http://www.hs.uni-hamburg.de/~st1h314/nstarpage.cgi?identifier=0629]
As a K5 V class star Gliese 204 is in the main sequence on the Hertzsprung-Russell diagram but slightly smaller and cooler than sun like stars.
