Gemini Issue Tracker is a proprietary application lifecycle management software product by CounterSoft. Gemini provides issue tracking, bug tracking, help desk and general project management capabilities.
Gemini integrates with Microsoft's Visual Studio .NET enabling software developers to access their issues without having to switch away from their Integrated development environment. Further integration is provided with Techsmith's Snagit screen capture utility.

In 2009, CounterSoft was awarded The Code Project's First Annual Members Choice award in the "Software Project Management" category .
A free license is available to open source projects and small teams . Discounts are available to not for profit, government and educational organizations.

The product runs as an ASP.NET web application part running Windows, and provides various integration and add-on products.
Gemini stores and it data using the popular Nhibernate object relational mapper.
Gemini makes use of the Jquery javascript library.
