Gaisano Center Iloilo is a 15-hectare development project by Gaisano Capital in West Diversion road, San Rafael, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, Philippines. It is designed by T.I. Vasquez Architects and the complex will have a supermall, hotels, cinemas, specialty stores, offices and residential spaces . There will be two main buildings each of 40 stories surrounded by a man-made lagoon linked to the nearby Dungon Creek and thence to the Iloilo River. A detailed design proposal will be revealed during the project's launch on January 18, 2013.
The architectural firm, T. I. Vasquez Architects & Planners Inc. maintains close affiliation with foreign groups MWM ARCHITECTS in Oakland, California, USA, Consulting Engineering Group in Dolha, Qatar, and Cairo, Egypt, and architect Yoshihide Tamura of Osaka, Japan.
