Azure Urban Resort Residences is 9-tower, 6-hectare development with 80 percent of the property dedicated to open space and amenities including a large man-made beach. The remaining 20 percent is allotted for nine proposed residential buildings. Developed by Century Limitless Corporation, Azure is located beside SM Bicutan in Parañaque City
Azure is the first project of Century Limitless Corporation, a company of Century Properties that develops vertical projects for the affordable to middle-income housing segment.
Location
Azure is located on a six hectare property on West Service Road in Paranaque City, situated across the South Luzon Expressway in the southern part of Manila.
Concept and Inspiration
The centerpiece of Azure is a man-made beach with fine beach sand, undulating waves, water slides and water cascades. It aims to attract residents with its tropical vacation-inspired surroundings.
Design and Construction
Azure Urban Resort Residences is the first man-made beach residential development in the Philippines that also features the Paris Beach Club, designed by international celebrity and businesswoman Ms. Paris Hilton. Azure's masterplan was created by Broadway Malyan, a UK-based architectural firm that specializes in waterfront and waterside developments and is an advocate of sustainable design.
Construction is under Century Project Management.

Azure Urban Resort Residences will be managed by Century Properties Management Inc. (CPMI), the property management company of Philippine real estate firm Century Properties Group
Azure buildings
The nine proposed residential buildings in Azure are named after famous beach destinations in the world, among them The Rio (after Rio de Janeiro in Brazil), Santorini (of Greece), St. Tropez (of France) and Positano (of Italy)—the first four buildings introduced as of January 2011. Each building is estimated to have 20 floors.
