Fynn Hudson-Prentice

Fynn Hudson-Prentice (D.O.B 12/1/1996, born Queensland, Australia moved over to England at the age of 5 and is now considered as an English Cricketer who plays for Sussex CCC. He is currently in the Sussex EPP system and has been there since the age of 12. He recently was put forward by Keith Greenfield to play for England U16s and is looking to become another exciting prospect leading through the ranks as a marvelous teenage batsmen.
In the 2010 season he scored 3 100+ scores for his county (http://ecbu14cc.play-cricket.com/profile/statistics.asp?id=10638245) demolishing a Sussex Youth record of most 100s in a season, at the age of just 14. He also recorded a haul of 7-39 playing for Sussex U17s vs Guernsey U17s becoming the youngest player to take a 5wh in the Sussex U17's history. He also made 8 appearances in the recent Sussex Academy (U19s) December tour to South Africa, and was considered to open twice out of the 9 games.
Fynn attends St Bede's Senior School in Upper Dicker and played 2 games for the 1st XI in 2010. He played 2 out of 3 matches against a touring South African team, (who coincidently won both the games)in a 20/20 and a 50 over encounter. In the 20/20, Fynn took 4-15 off 4 overs but couldn't get a victory as the tourists won by 4 wickets. In the 50 over, he took 1-23 off a short spell of 5 overs, but was considered the most useful bowler on the day, as St Bede's lost by 152 runs to a strong attack. In April he is attending a tour with 14 others on a 1st team tour to Barbados to play against overseas teams from around the globe in the Garfield Sobers Tournament.
