Frank Haasnoot

Frank Haasnoot (born 12 June 1981) is a Dutch pastry chef and instructor based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. He began his career at the age of 16. During his career, Frank competed in national and international pastry competitions. Haasnoot was awarded the title of World`s Chocolate Masters in Paris, in 2011 and also won the award for the best showpiece and dessert.
Biography
Haasnoot received his education in the Netherlands Teylingen college, where he was introduced to pastry.
“As a pastry chef you always need to be challenged in some sort of way”.
In 2019, Haasnoot released his first book “Prisma”, featuring eight products, accompanied by recipes, colorful photography, and stories of his past, present and future endeavors.

Haasnoot is renowned for his fresh, glamorous, unique, and extremely sophisticated work that offers a mix of original, curated, and creative pastries.
Projects
* Collaboration with Chocolate World and released a line of beautifully designed pastry molds.
* Collaboration with Pavoni Italia and release Pavoni Professional Entremet Log - FOREST
* Launched a brand FrankHaasnoot Shop, featuring a full range of signature pastry products.
