Ksenia Penkina (born 30 December 1989) is a pastry chef, Instagram Influencer and entrepreneur based in Vancouver, Canada. She is mostly known for her artistic and coloured desserts. Biography Penkina received her education in Switzerland, where she was introduced to pastry. She continued to develop her passion and knowledge for Patisserie, and learned from pastry chefs around the globe. "Since I was a child I never stopped creating. I have gone through limitless amount of arts and hobbies until I found my passion in patisserie. My passion for patisserie and specifically entremets began when I saw a work of my sister - who is a pastry chef." Penkina first started to receive recognition for her desserts on social media in 2015. Today, known as the "Glazing Queen", she offers online classes and courses in pastry arts. * Collaboration with Belgium Chocolate World and release of the CW1972 Polycarbonate Chocolate Mould, used by chocolatiers all around the globe.
