Fleemco is a fictional company from the Disney Channel original series The Replacements. It can replace any adult in someone's life. In the show, one needs a cell phone, called FleemTel made by the company to have access to it. Todd and Riley are the only known customers of Fleemco. Problems In the show Fleemco usually sends people haphazardly, getting Todd and Riley into bad situations. The owner of Fleemco almost never gives Todd and Riley any information in advance about the replacements they've ordered; usually the replacement chosen ends up causing more grief than the original. The company could actually be attempting to show that the grass isn't always greener with certain individuals. The way Fleemco gets rid of the original person is by giving them a different job that they would definitely say yes to. For example, in the episode CinderRiley, there is a barber who only has four different hair styles. They got rid of the original person by telling him, "You have been chosen to give identical haircuts to thousands of new recruits! Are you up to the challenge?". Then they are taken away to their new job and replaced. Conrad Fleem Conrad Fleem is Todd and Riley's mysterious mustachioed benefactor. He is also the CEO, Chairman and owner of Fleemco. It is shown in one episode that he had an imaginary girlfriend when he was a child named Blanche, and was picked on for it. Websites * The official website
