Naomi Lee Schulke

Naomi Lee Schulke (born December 1978 in Jacobstow, Cornwall) is an actor, singer and musician.

Training
Naomi began training as a classical musician at an early age and went on to gain a place as a singer at Trinity College of Music where she studied with Susan McCulloch. During this time she took part in various large scale productions including Handel’s Messiah and Barber’s Vanessa.

Naomi went on to study with Mary King in London and in 2003 won a place at Central School of Speech and Drama. While at Drama School Naomi took lead roles in shows including Into the Woods, in which she played the part of Cinderella.

Theatre
Since leaving Central, Naomi has been engaged in various work commitments, including film, touring and pantomime. Working at the Queen's Theatre, Hornchurch, in the theatre's own repertory company Cut to the Chase she has performed in Cinderella, Macbeth and Room at the Top with Up on the Roof, completing the 2006 Spring season at the theatre.

Other engagements during 2006 included the debut of four new musicals with Goldsmiths College and various roles in the ensemble production of Mike Kenny's The Stories of Hans Christian Andersen at the Sherman Theatre in Cardiff under the direction of Phil Clark.

Forthcoming Performances
Forthcoming performances include the title role in Dick Whittington at the Everyman Theatre, Cheltenham under the direction of Phil Clark.

Naomi is an accomplished singer and musician playing trombone, piano and trumpet as well as guitar and percussion.
