EyeSee

EyeSee is a high-tech market research company that has developed an online platform for webcam based eye tracking and facial coding. This technology can be used for improvement of marketing communication (advert, shopper, digital).
EyeSee is based in the USA (NYC), Belgium (Ghent) and Serbia (Belgrade).
Technology
EyeSee’s eye tracking technology enables following the eye gaze, while people look at stimuli on the screen, to know what areas are seen, in which order and for how long. The outcomes of eye tracking are heat maps (visual representation of aggregated attention), areas of interest, and gaze plots (viewing order).
Facial coding technology detects facial expressions and it can register 7 basic emotions: Happiness, Surprise, Confusion, Disgust, Fear, Sadness and Neutral. Facial expression muscles are directly linked to the brain and their movements are spontaneous which makes facial coding the objective method for understanding people’s emotional reaction.
EyeSee has also developed a UX platform that can register users' navigation patterns and clicks while browsing the websites.
