ERSA Group

ERSA Group, is a management consulting, technology consulting and technology outsourcing company based in Dearborn, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit. The company was originally founded in 2000 by Eric Sadek under the name ERSA Group, LLC before reincorporating in 2011 under the name ERSA Group, Inc. The company once held the corporate naming rights for a club, located in the North Atrium of The Palace of Auburn Hills, now known as Ameriprise Financial Club. ERSA Group primarily serves businesses located in the East North Central States region of the United States.
Services
ERSA Group catalogs its services into three service portfolios which are Network Infrastructure Systems, Application Development and Business Process Outsourcing. Infrastructure services includes maintaining the operation of part or all of a client's computer and communications infrastructure, such as telephony, networks, servers, desktops and laptops, and printers. Application services involves the developing, integrating, and/or maintaining of applications software for clients. Business process outsourcing includes performing a business function for a client, like payroll, call centers, insurance claims processing, and so forth.
Visual identity
The 4 square and tilted "E" were developed for ERSA Group in 2004 by web marketing company Vibation Inc.
