The ShareVantage, Inc. is a web-based software service that specializes in paperless office, document management, client portals, and workflow automation solutions. History The ShareVantage, previously known as Selden Integrated Systems, was founded in 1988. The company developed trust and estate computer software for tax professionals and law firms. By 2004, they were servicing over 6,000 customers in the United States. In 2002, while continuing to develop trust and estate software, the company began to branch out into the development of internet-based process automation and contact management tools. In 2003, the company released a paperless office application named iKE Office, which incorporated internet-based client portal technology. In 2004, Selden Integrated Systems sold the trust and estate software division of their company and focused on their internet-based collaborative services. In 2006, the company released iKE Office version 7.0 with Optical character recognition indexing technology. In 2007, the company changed its name and service name to The ShareVantage, and released a client portal sub-service later named PortalsXpress. By 2010, The ShareVantage had established a user base of over 100,000 users, and processes over 100,000 user-requests per day.
