Corporate History Founding Vista Solutions Group (VistaSG) was established in 2000 by Jim Boyington. Jim acquired the VisiFLOW assets of Hart InterCivic. Initially Vista Solutions Group provided professional services and support for VisiFLOW in the U.S. government sector. Jim went on to partner with MAXIMUS Justice Solutions in 2001 and implemented a number of Document Management and Workflow Solutions for State and Local Courts. By 2006, VistaSG had made inroads in over 50 courts across the United States. In 2007 VistaSG released netDMS, its internally development Document and Content Management solution based on Microsoft's .NET foundation. Milestones * First customer: Manatee County Clerk of Courts, FL - 2001 * Original office location: Lago Vista, Texas - 2000 * Move to Georgetown, Texas - 2006 * 90th Court Client - 2008 Products netDMS VistaSG's netDMS product integrates workflow and document management with integrated business process automation capabilities. It is a single suite of document Management (DMS) applications that use the same user interface and content repository but is configured to meet the specific needs of Courts across the United States. eUniversa eFile for Courts eUniversa is based on Electronic Court Filing version 4.0 as developed by the OASIS LegalXML Electronic Court Filing Technical Committee. ECF Version 4.0 uses National Information Exchange Model (), a national standard for information sharing. eUniversa is an eFiling Portal with integration, electronic filing and web service interfaces to existing Case Management (CMS) and Document Management Systems (DMS).
