Dustin Harding

Dustin Harding (born October 5, 1985) is an American actor most notable for multiple portrayals of Joseph Smith, Jr. in various films.
Harding's first major role was as "Jordan" in the film Little Secrets. He played the role of "Joseph Smith" in The Book of Mormon Movie: Vol. 1, Praise to the Man (directoed by T. C. Christensen and Gary Cook) and in Joseph Smith and the Golden Plates. In Praise to the Man, Harding split the role of "Joseph Smith" with Nathan Mitchell. Harding also played the role of "Elder Mosley" in One Man's Treasure. Harding also had the role of young-adult Joseph Smith in Joseph Smith: Prophet of the Restoration. In that film, Harding was one of four actors to play Joseph Smith, with the largest number of Joseph Smith roles played by Mitchell. Harding also played "Joseph Smith" in the 2004 LDS Church-produced film on the First Vision entitled The Restoration.
Harding is also a stage actor. He had a role in the 1998 Utah Shakespearean Festival production of King John and the 1997 SCERA Theatre's production of Les Misérables.
Harding graduated from Orem High School and served as a missionary for the LDS Church in the New Hampshire Manchester Mission from 2004 to 2006.
In addition to acting Harding was also the production designer for the 2009 film Minor Details.
