Dr Nadadur Janardhan

Dr Nadadur Janardhan (born 1954) is an Indian, Governance Innovator based in Chennai. He was an IAS Officer (Indian Administrative Service). He served for fifteen years in many capacities in government in Madurai, Dindigul, Pollachi, Coimbatore, Delhi and finally as Collector of Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu, India. He was the youngest serving Regional Adviser of the United Nations for Trade Facilitation, Electronic Commerce and Governance covering around forty countries in Asia and the Pacific. After six years of service with the United Nations he came back to India and established institutional mechanisms in India focused on eGovernment, eGovernance and Governance.
