Dodie Cross is a freelance writer and author of the book A Broad Abroad in Thailand, which recounts her experiences in Thailand as an expat wife in 1990-1991. She is also the author of One Strappy-Sandaled Foot Ahead of the Mullahs, an as-yet unpublished account of her experiences in Iran before and during the Revolution.
Dodie Cross' articles have appeared in the Palm Desert Sun, the Seattle Post Intelligencer, the Lake Chelan Mirror in Washington State, The Monterey Bay Parents Magazine and The University of Texas Literary Magazine, RiverSedge. She has also written an article on the challenges of self publishing.
