Erin O. Wallace is an American author of non-fiction paranormal books. She is also a hotelier, researcher, and freelance author. Wallace and her husband co-own the historic Magnolia Hotel in Seguin, Texas. Early life Wallace is a fifth generation Texan, born and reared in San Antonio, Texas. She is a mother of two and grandmother of one. As a child, her grandmother shared the many stories of her German ancestors, Zuercher (Zurcher), as being one of the original families who founded New Braunfels, Texas. She learned of their struggles and hardships as early settlers. It was from those memories that guided her to become a local historian and syndicated genealogical columnist. Career Wallace's first book, Central Texas Paranormal Society: Their History and Haunted Experiences follows a paranormal research team across Texas.<ref name="seg110714"/> Her second book is Haunted New Braunfels: A True Wild West Ghost Town. In addition to her writing career, Wallace is the owner of the historic Magnolia Hotel in Seguin, Texas, and the SerinGhedi Talent and Social Media Agency.<ref name="seg130324"/> She is the coordinator for Texas Paranormal Events, historical researcher for Gravel Productions, guest coordinator for the Paranormal Mayhem Zone (PMZ) Radio Show, and works as a graphic artist, freelance writer, and professional genealogical researcher.<ref name="seg110714"/> Awards and honors Wallace is an award-winning history writer and syndicated genealogical columnist specializing in newspaper and magazine articles with such publishers as the Hearst Corporation.
