Devyn De Loera

Devyn Brooke De Loera (born November 14, 1991) is an American singer, songwriter, DJ, and producer. She is currently a part of the electronic duo DELORA with her sister Kate De Loera. She competed as a vocalist in the third season of NBC The Voice and was a Top 5 member of Christina Aguilera's Team.
Early life
De Loera was born in Big Spring, Texas. She attended Snyder High School and attended college at Western Texas College where she majored in Theatre/Fine Arts. She participated in music, art, and acting from early an early age to cope with childhood depression. She starred in a number of theatrical and vocal performances throughout her school years. De Loera moved from her home of Snyder, Texas to Los Angeles, California in 2013 to pursue her dream of music.
Career
In 2012, Devyn was asked to be a part of the hit television show NBC's The Voice for it's third season. She auditioned with Christina Aguilera's song "Ain't No Other Man", gaining the attention of Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Xtina herself. Devyn continued on the show until the Live Playoffs, performing songs by En Vouge, Whitney Houston and Leona Lewis. She was sent home as a Top 5 member of Team Xtina.
In 2014, Devyn and her sibling Kate De Loera created DELORA, an Electronic Dance Music duo. Together they have had a collaborated on releases with fellow producers and writers, and continue to perform as DJ's around the globe.
