Death Cartel

Death Cartel is an industrial band established in August 2009 by vocalist Frank Flitton. When working on a different musical project, Divine Blood, Death Cartel started as a side project with guitarist Sebastian Kozlowski. As soon as they put pen to paper they wrote Your Enemy and Heaven 2 Earth. A few weeks later, Rebirth and Intrigue were recorded in much better facilities. Intrigue and Rebirth finally had the desired polished sound and were a definite turning point in the musical direction. Death Cartel began to remix other bands (Such as T-Pain and Basshunter) to experiment and develop the band’s sound. Less Like Flesh’s song Rewind The Night was the first remix that the band completed - which went over very well - and was followed by many more resulting in a collection released as the Remix EP in spring of 2010.
Many singles such as Complete and Near were released on Death Cartel’s social pages with the intention of releasing them formally as an album. It was at this point that Nickk Dropkick and Chris Grothe joined the band. After many months in the studio and the practice halls the time came to release Enemy, the first formal Death Cartel CD independently produced by Frank Flitton. After the release of Enemy, the band has played at such venues as Toronto’s El Mocambo and Ottawa’s Cafe Dekcuf.
Death Cartel is known for their energetic live shows that break beyond the boundaries of the stage.
Death Cartel's Dave Flitton is also the guitarist and keyboardist for Canadian Catholic rock band Critical Mass
