D. S. R. Wanaguru (also known as Shantha Wanaguru)was a Deputy Inspector-General of Police in Sri Lanka. Early life and education DIG Shantha Wanaguru was educated at Nalanda College Colombo. Career Shantha was also one time Director-Discipline and Conduct of Sri Lanka police.. He also held the position of DIG Welfare of Police. Wanaguru had also been the Senior Superintendent of Police Jaffna.
